| For visual purposes I will begin demonstrating the move by myself. My right hand will be grabbing the bottom of my left sleeve with four fingers inside. |

| My left then grabs the top of my right sleeve. |
| I begin with my opponent in my closed guard. |
|
| I place my right hand deep in my opponent's collar. |
| I then reach my left hand in back of my opponents head. I then release my grip on my opponents collar and instead grab the inside of my left sleeve; my left hand grips the top of my right sleeve. |

| To complete the submission I rotate my left palm towards me and my right palm away from me. |
