| I begin my attack by lowering my base and securing my opponent's left arm in place with my right arm. |
| I then slide the blade of my right forearm just above my opponent's left elbow. I make sure to keep my opponent's upper forearm pressed against my right shoulder. I then step my left leg over my opponent's head and squeeze my knees together. |

| To complete the lock I rock back and simply pull down on the back my opponent's tricep, just above the elbow. |
