| With my left hand I release my grip on my opponent's sleeve and instead grab his left ankle. |

| I then step my right leg in back of my opponent's. |
| I then press my weight backwards and pull up on my opponent's ankle, forcing him to his back. |
|
| I hug my opponent's leg to my chest and fall back for the knee bar. To complete the lock I hug the knee tight with both arms, squeeze my knees together, and pull the leg as I arch my back. |
